My premium purchase is still doesn’t process – TOR Browser Private Web Review

I have the receipt from Apple for my premium purchase but the app still stay the same, even though I pressed restore it said “restore fail” and I have send numerous emails to your customer support but no reply been made. It makes me wondered if it just a sick frank from yours website since there was no hints of it being send or not but like I have written in my emails: I WANT A REFUND OR GIVE ME MY PREMIUM TOR
