Coaching app that really helps – Lark Health Review

I have been using Lark for about 2 weeks or so. It provides feedback on my meals and reminds me to keep moving. I really like that it keeps track of my movement and reminds me to be more active. I also enjoy that it tracks my sleep time and explains why sleep is important. It’s great that it looks at all things that can impact weight loss.
