Wonderful experience – European War 4: Napoleon Review

I enjoy playing the game, it is quite fun and it makes you think. However, I do believe it is quite confusing when you first start, even when you do take the tutorial. I understand how the morale works, but I don’t understand how to lower it and raise it for the opposing team, besides that, beautifully made and well done.
