Extremely disappointed. – Math. Review

I am extremely disappointed in your integrity towards the customer I have been a customer for years and now all of a sudden you’re trying to charge me 999 a month for the app I paid an out right price years ago to own and have unlimited access to the app and it was far more than 999. I certainly hope you will remedy the situation. If not that speaks poorly of your commitment to those who were customers before you were charging a monthly rate. Seems to me like your just money hungry. Sad because you were always 5 stars in my book. Not now. What a rip off.
