Game restore back to 80 levels – Balls Breakout 2020 Review

Hello I play this game for few weeks 2 times move me back to level 80 1 time I was thinking I did something but second time I don’t did anything I try co contact customer support but I was unable I bay some coins and after few hundred levels game go back to level 80
