Overcharge! False Advertisement! – Glitch Art Studio: Cam Effects Review

I would like to know why it says $4.99 for the in app purchase pack within the application itself but then I get charged $10 and some change?? That’s a blatant lie and I’d honestly like to be refunded because of this.
