Newest update causing app to crash – Period Tracker by PinkBird Review

I love the app but the most recent update from yesterday is causing the app to crash and it’s saying I don’t have an account. Update: they emailed me requesting account info and I responded and then got the same email from them again the next day. App still isn’t working and doesn’t seem like it will any time soon.
