Works on one iPhone 4, but not the other?!?! – Hyundai Veloster HD Review

Downloaded the app to two iPhone devices (one verizon and one ATT) and it only works on the ATT phone! On the verizon phone it is only the bottom left 1/4 of the screen! What gives?
