Paid of full version and now doesn’t work – Remotie: remote for Samsung TV Review

I’ve emailed them twice. I’ve got a 75 inch Samsung smart tv. It worked until I paid to upgrade and now it only says it will control my volume. They won’t respond to my emails, I’m contacting Apple.
