Does not seem to work – Dr.Fone- Phone Clean& Transfer Review

What are these characters? Says you can transfer photos then gives a string of characters to “type into a browser on your computer” but its not a website, just a string of meaningless characters. Not sure why people waste their time distributing non functional apps?
