Keeps repeating same level after completing it – Candy Smash Mania - Match 3 Review

Not sure if it’s a glitch or what. I will complete a level then later on if I decide to play again when starting the app I am back on the level I just completed. Doesn’t happen all the time but seems to happen on a level that is difficult to pass.
