Lazlo – Parking Panda Review

Pre purchased parking for the Vikings opening day at the hospital parking lot. Ended up parking on the roof, one of 4 last spots. People were pulling into the lot, with no reservations, paying the same $25 I payed for reserved parking, and they got a better spot than I did with reservations. Seems like a rip off to me.
