Cool but not cool – Neon - Aesthetic Video Effects Review

This app was very cool when I first got it . It is very easy to use and offers many free filters . With their recent update more filters were added as well as a charge . Being charge to upload photos and more cool filters is not a problem if it was a one time charge of $4.99 but instead is $4.99 a week. I mean this what prequel app is charging if that’s the case then I guess I’m deleting this app and upgrading to something else or to a one time charge app.
