Neutered app that is just an ad for other apps – PDF417 Barcode Scanner Review

This app used to be great until they removed full PDF417 scanning. Now, if you scan something they think is a driver’s license, all you get is an advertisement for another app that forces you to scan the entire license and send them a copy of it. Unreal.
