Purchased Upgrade but can’t use it – Countdown by timeanddate.com Review

Is this app a scam? I sent a feedback response within the app but haven’t received a response. I did select to pay $1.99 for the Upgrade features, and I was charged the $1.99, but I cannot access the upgrade features. Please either allow me to access the features or refund my in-app purchase.
