Purchase problems – Hungry Dragon Review

I recently purchased a $19.99 which is 250 gems and was stuck on a loading screen to set my purchase. I have been trying to refresh my purchase but to no avail it still was stuck on a loading screen. I deleted the game and won’t make any more purchases there I even have to make an account just to reach out to Ubisoft but, I try to sign in after I made the account and it doesn’t recognize my email or password so it’s really bs that I can’t even get any support and I hope I don’t get charged by how many times I have tried to re-purchase the 250 gems.
