They make you pay for all packs again when you upgrade your iPhone!! – Werble: Photo & Video Animator Review

I really like this app and I bought a lot (almost all!!) of add-on packs, but when I upgraded my iPhone the app made me pay for add-on packs again, even though my iTunes account is my same Acct for my old and new phone and I used my same iPhone backup/save for the new phone. That gets expensive to have to repurchase everything.
