Why I am falling in yae Sakura game – Honkai Impact 3rd Review

This makes me mad because after I beat Honkais for some reason I was falling and it kept doing that until the floor was black and I didn’t like it was this a problem for you or was this a glitch please fix’s this or not Idk you’re choices
