In app purchase wiped when switching to iPhone 4S – Doodle Cam Review

So I had purchased the in app upgrade on my iPhone 4, and now that I got my iPhone 4S I notice that the in app purchase is gone! So we have to pay each and every time there is an update or we switch phones? Really? Screw this app. It would actually be useful if they allowed for 1080p or 720p video processing (and higher resolution still imaging processing too).
