If you need anything? No response. Send a message? No response? The game has an error that costs your team? Tough. Right now the app won’t even load? No response. Anyone would think the customer matters? Not with these people. ‘reaching out’ will lead to waiting for MONTHS for a reply - Facebook support? 0. Email? No reply.
