Free or not free. Which is it??? – Digital Camera World Review

I downloaded the newsstand app for free, yes. But, I had to pay to subscribe ($6.99) to view it? So, should it be listed as a "free" app??? Sounds deceptive and misleading. What WAS free was the cover of the magazine.
