Help! Doesn’t load on Apple iPad.... – Adventaria: Survival 2D Craft Review

Our son was excited to play this game, however it won’t load... I see other comments that it’s a bug and you are trying to get it fixed..... we have a 5th generation iPad, version 12.4 IOS..... please fix the bug!!!! Thank you!!!
