Frozen – iTunes U Review

Went to “Categories” and can’t go back to main page (Home) ..... menu selection disappeared. Deleted and re-installed ..... went to “Categories” and it went blank “white page” ... could not get off white page, meaning no menu selection at top or bottom and no back buttons .... absolutely blank.
