Good Game, but when I buy Crystals I don’t get it... – Honkai Impact 3rd Review

I was trying to buy Crystals , and when I bought them I didn’t get them. So, I bought them one more time and I reset the game, and I didn’t get them. So, now I just won’t buy the Crystals again.
