You know there’s a lot of issues with free therapy apps but this doesn’t have them. There’s almost no trollers and the help you get actually works. And if you don’t feel like your listener is right for you just find a different one it’s that easy. And they have an extraordinary online page that lets you review listeners so you can find the best fit easily. I love this app and wouldn’t recommend it if I wasn’t sure
