Great for low maintenance but terrible customer service – DRAFT: Daily Fantasy Football Review

There is no way online to change your deposit or withdrawal method. If you change banks or cards, there’s no way to change it. If you try to withdraw and want PayPal or echeck it still tries to go to your original payment method. Why you can’t change is beyond me. No phone number for support..it’s just a voice mail. No quick replies from text or email support. If your taking money, you should have a standard for service and financial duty to reply in a timely manner.
