Really fun gameplay but requires constant online connection to play ? – Shootout 3D Review

I was really enjoying the game, until I lost connection to my internet and the game wouldn’t let me play anymore, it kept saying “No Connection” or something like that every time I would touch the screen. You don’t even interact with other people in this game like in a MMO or multiplayer game so WHY Does it require constant internet connection???
