I bought the $5.99 bit citizen package and now I can’t restore purchase – BitLife - Life Simulator Review

So, I love this game, so much that I bought the bicitizen package so I wouldn’t have ads and I could get more varied options. Not only that, but I wanted to help the amazing team developing this game. Unfortunately, i’m disappointed because i’ve wasted my money on this game for this to happen? I don’t think so. If you guys can figure it out please let me know, because every time I try to restore my purchase it says, “error”. So, you tell me. Thank you.
