Can’t make a call – Sonetel Review

Very disappointed ! I can’t make a call, despite the fact that I purchased a number and the account was refilled and this after many tries. On top of this, when the call function will work one day, I have to pay the fees two time because there is only a call back option, despite that on their website they said that we can can choose between « call thru » where we will pay the regular fees and « call back » when the fees is twice. Receiving call on the purchased number work normally.
