Huge Issue!!! – 24me: Calendar & To-Do List Review

The app so far was great during my 7 day trial period. I had questions about working certain features and received great service and support. I decided to allow Apple Pay to take my payment of $35 and purchase for a year. After spending the money, I now have ads that block out your schedule. You have to go in and delete the ad. I wish I could post the screenshot. When you click the ad, it the “you won a free iPhone” click bait crap. The ad is blocking out areas of my daily planner and I have to go into it and delete an ad to clear it up. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. You don’t pay$35 for a service to get continual advertisements. The fantastic customer service I got during my trial period? I emailed the 24me customer service and have yet to hear back from them.? Turn around was not long at all before.
