It doesn’t work. – Anthem BC Anywhere Review

I’ve called the tech line to report the issue that app doesn’t work. They create a ticket and tell you there’s no SLA. Call back 11 days later to find out what’s going on, they tell you there’s nothing that can do, and when I ask to escalate the issue, they hang up on you... worst expensive with an app. Stay far away...
