Freezes up all the time – Bubble CoCo: Match 3 Shooter Review

I am so tired of your game freezing up. It only seems to do it when you use any of the special boosts you have plus paying to start the game with added boosters. This happens all the time. Yes, my phone is updated and yes I have the pastiest version so don’t tell me that is the issue. You guys need to have a system in place to refund all the items we lose when this happens. Maybe I just need to delete the game, I’m almost out of patience with this game. Please when are you going to fix this issue of it freezing up. I love to play but getting so tired of losing my coins, gems and boosters. ?????
