Better than a boring timer – Forest: Focus for Productivity Review

I’m enjoying this app! I’ll be honest. Have I looked at my iPad or TV or some other screen while the app is running? Yes. Yes I have. But I’m more conscientious about it. I feel more motivated to stay on task. I’m a teacher and grad student and in spite of my slip-ups, I always manage to get done what I need to. This app gives me a little extra gratification for that hour of focused studying and it provides a friendly layer of accountability. And I have an adorable forest to show for it. Especially given the Amazonian forest fires happening right now, gifting my coins towards a live tree donation is a great reward for something I need to be doing anyway.
