I can’t play!! – Gacha Life Review

Sooo whenever I try to open the app, it does the usual start up, the music plays, but it opens and I can’t click on anything, and it says “Lvl 999, Gems: 9999” But I had just downloaded the app, the beginning tutorial did work and the animation thing where you tap the screen works, It works fine on our other devices, but please tell me why this is happening ?
