Too many all lvl 13 decks, we need balance. – Clash Royale Review

I love this game, I have devoted countless hours playing this game and growing our clan, but something has to be done about the influx of all lvl 13 cards on one deck. I’m currently in league 5 Master II, but I can never progress higher because I eventually always get a string of opponents who all have MAX LEVEL 13 cards (I have zero...& my best deck has four level 11 cards). Now this is not the fault of the player, or even SuperCell for that matter, but something has to be done on the backend so better matchups can happen. Players should be matched based on there trophy counts AND the deck they are using for battle; I’m tired of losing to players who simply implement cheap winning strategies that are supported by max level cards. It is sad that one of my biggest satisfactions of the game is beating an all level 13 deck with my severely lower level deck. Please fix this, or at least allow players to report other players who simply max out their cards and use cheap tactics and strategies that take away the enjoyment of the game. Thank you, and I still love the game.
