Love, but 1 bug – RollerCoaster Tycoon® Classic Review

I love this game, especially since I played it on pc as a kid. But I’m in Rainbow Summit and I suddenly lose the “signs and items for footpaths menu”. It disappears and I can’t get it back. Any help?
