Malfunction? – Mug Life - 3D Face Animator Review

Can’t create or use the perform feature anymore. Everytime I’ve selected my photo and then go to tap “create” or “perform” it starts buffering and it never loads. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app but it does the same thing. Then I tried it on my friend’s phone thinking it was just a problem with mine and I could only see the “create” option and no “perform” option or any subscription option to buy it. Then even when I did click “create” it stays on the buffering screen forever. I really would like for this to be fixed because I love the performance feature and I cant create the videos I want anymore. :( (Also, I do have an Iphone X in case the feature is only for that type of phone, but it just doesnt work anymore)
