Best colouring app but... I need help – Paint Color: Color by Number Review

Hi! So I’m a casual user of your Paint Color app and I recently had to switch from my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7 due to water damage. The app worked perfectly fine on my 6, but when I tried to colour something today on my 7, it broke. What happens is the menu will load to the usual home page, but when I click on an image to colour it, I sit through an ad, and then when it loads, it shows the colour bar with all the different colour options, the hint options and the back arrow in the top left corner, but the image didn’t load! In fact, where the image should be, I can still see the main home page where I selected the image from. I can still scroll on it and everything. The only difference is that the next 6 images, including the one I clicked on, are showing a white background rather than the image; and if I scroll and try to click on any of the other images on the glitched home page, they will also turn white. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as soft resetting my phone, but nothing worked. Not sure if this is an update issue or not, but I hope it gets fixed soon! I want to colour the Egyptian themes! Please help! I would really like to colour on your app again!
