Really love the app BUT.... – Reports+ for Instagram Review

Customer service not so much! Have sent at least 3-4 emails to them to fix the bug where it won’t show me an option to subscribe for 12 months since it’s a much better deal than monthly or 6 months and have had no response back. I really want to upgrade as soon as possible but can’t due to lack of response from customer service or developer. Please get back to me and let me upgrade for the whole year. Thank you!!!
