Horrible customer service – Idle Heroes - Idle Games Review

I have several pending charges stuck on my account from this game totaling over $200 that I did not approve of or even know about. I say pending because my card attached to my iTunes has no money on it. I have emailed the developers several times and all they keep saying is they can’t refund me because the items were purchased. Nothing was purchased!!! I did not purchase anything and how can you refund something that has not been paid for!! I just want the charges dropped and for some reason they don’t understand that concept! Don’t waste your time on this game!!
