Downloading *eternal* update #1...... – Pet City Review

Ok so I’ve been playing this game for a few years now and I’m obsessed! But recently I opened my game and it’s stuck on the loading screen saying “downloading update #1” I’ve tried refreshing my phone, turning my WiFi on and off, Etc. Nothings working. I’m not deleting it and reinstalling because my friend did that due to the same problem and it started her all over and the loading screen still said the same thing a few days later. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! I do not want to give up on this wonderful game but there’s nothing I can do ???. PLEASE GAME DEVELOPERS, Please fix this!
