Frustrating bugs and customer service – The Walking Dead: Our World Review

This game has a lot of potential but is very buggy. The bugs are annoying but could be tolerated with better customer service. My account was deleted after a year or work and money spent. I messaged customer service but they don’t reply so I sit and wait even though I have monthly Daryl’s Nike subscription that is running out while I wait for customer service to answer my messages. I am wondering if the developer even cares about the time and money I put into game.
