I spent 45 minutes trying to log in. No success. I tried every number on my “Blue cross/ Blue Sheild (BS/BC) medical card. No success. Their internet security system is so secure that their own members BC/BS can’t access because you can’t log in. Here is a tip. Go to yelp.com. Type in your medical condition. Find the best doctor in your area. It will bring up a list of doctors according. Call each one (according to the best in your area) and ask do they accept BC/BS. Then book your appointment. So much faster.
