Reuters has been around before I was a twinkle in my fathers eye. I say this because my family were in the Indonesian takeover of the Indonesian uprising from the imperialist Dutch in 1957. Who do you think was there reporting on the uprising of its own people? Yes, Reuters. Their photography, their journalism, and their willingness to get the true story to the people has griped my family since my childhood. I am so happy they are still in the making of real news.
