The cable to connect me iPhone to the Audi A5 is anywhere from $60-$100 the app works first try, super easy to setup. Turn Bluetooth on, on your phone or device. Open app slide on/off Togo to on and go to your preferred music source and start streaming. Literally that easy! The sound is slightly distorted but hey I can listen to what I want now.
