Difficult to earn rubies and lack of response from the developer to correct issues – Bricks n Balls Review

I like this game. 1. However it is difficult to earn rubies and on some levels there seems to be no way to pass the level without using rubies. 2. I purchased the golden aim. That has disappeared from my game. I’ve sent several emails but have not heard back from the developer about getting this corrected.
