Worst Customer Service – Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store Review

They hangup on you, 30min plus holds, slow emails for issues that are real concerns and holds and problematic to the entirety of your business. Not reliable do not use them unless you want to build It up and have them ruin your store because they can. Its okay if you plan to make few hundred bucks, they want dormant store running paying monthly. Plus use all your data against you in a larger scale. Crap service.
