A simply vile excuse for customer service. – Simon's Cat - Crunch Time Review

Basically, this is a drag-a-line game, where you have to link three+ identical tiles in a chain to clear them. The Simon’s Cat theme is cute, but the game is average for the type. What drags down the score is the simply god-awful customer service. I have a had a running complaint about a bug that they have refused to acknowledge, much less make any attempt to fix. When I called them out on their lack of response, much less action, they declared that I was “abusive”. They even admitted that they “blacklist” people they don’t like. They absolutely discriminate against people with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum. I have Asperger Syndrome. I can back my claim up with screenshots of the conversations. Unless you REALLY like Simon’s Cat, find another game. Eventually you WILL file a bug complaint and you WILL be 100% disappointed by their abject lack of professional ethics. This bug is one that has been around for over a year. They know about it; they just won’t admit that they have no idea to fix it.... UPDATE: Got a developer response. Too bad it was all just empty words. Filed a complaint about a long-standing bug 5 days ago. No response from Tactile. All they’ve done is prove me correct in my negative assessment of their performance.
