Wish I could give zero stars!!! – MuseScore: sheet music Review

First, this app developer has gone into "Information Collection mode" whereby they want to you login so you can be tracked. Then there are the subscription fees the want to lock in. The origin of Muse Score was originally "open source" intended for students and working musicians who didn't have much in the way of $$$ for s/w such as Encore, Sibelius, or Finale. I guess they are departing from that model. They are going to need better programmers, if that is the case; see below... Second, and worse, the iOS software doesn't seem to work with the Windows or MacOS versions of their own product. For many months one could not import songs created using the Windows product. Then, lo and behold, they made some changes and it worked. Then, just a couple of months later, the previous importing bug reappeared. After many weeks, another version came out which DOES import Windows files created some months ago, but does NOT work for those files which have been recently saved. (One gets an empty file.) The PC version is decent (although very few guitar-specific notations are supported), but the iOS app has been very unstable, to the point of unusable. Not sure how these developers can justify charging for this half-baked product... One might ask: Why am I putting all this in review instead of going through their tech support? Well (like all of these app developers) they don't have tech support, just a "community" where many people have listed the same gripes I have mentioned above, with very little action to indicate that anyone there is listening. I have moved to GuitarPro, which at least has a usable iOS platform. My spouse still uses Muse Score, but I keep trying to convince her to switch, so I don't have to tear what's left of my hair trying to help her...
