Not worth the price – Keto Diet App － Carb Tracker Review

I have had this for 5 days. It’s so frustrating!! I cannot build recipes, with the nutritional information being automatically calculated. I have to manually input every ingrediant. I have been messaging back and forth with the chat, but it is taking over 24 hrs to get a response, so at this rate it will take a month to figure out why the database doesn’t contain things like bacon or eggs. I was told if it doesn’t automatically figure out the ingredients nutritional information, then it’s not in their database. I was told that after I sent a SS showing that BACON was not autofilling??‍♀️ The support is just not there, because you can’t figure out a problem if a question or response takes 24-48 hours. The slow pace at which my issue is being dealt with is maddening. The extra cost for this app is not worth it! The cost is higher than others that do the same things and even more. I will not renew next month
